Overview:

This site, in compliance with the European regulation for the protection of personal data n. 679/2016, c.d. GDPR and the national legislation - D. Lgs 30 June 2003 n. 196, (c.d. Privacy Code) and subsequent amendments, respects and protects the privacy of visitors and users, putting in place every effort possible and proportionate to not infringe the rights of users.

The following information in this statement applies exclusively to the online activities of this site and is valid for users or visitors to our site. It is not applied to information collected through channels other than this website. Web hosting by 1&1 is appointed Data Processor, processing the data on behalf of the Owner Hafner Energy from Waste Ltd. is located in the European Economic Area and acts in compliance with European standards (1&1 and Hafner privacy policy).

Google is appointed data controller, processing data on behalf of the Data Controller (Google Analytics).
